Interval Training

Interval Training is a physical training that involves low to high intensity Workouts interpersed with rest or relief periods. It helps burn more calories in shorter periods of time.

Pilates

Pilates exercises improve range of motion , flexibility, circulation, posture and abdominal strength and decreases back, neck and joint pain.

Tabata

Tabata is one of the most popular forms of HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training ) It consists of many rounds of high intensity exercises in specific intervals.At Ritz it is incorporated in the strength classes.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high intensity aerobics . It targets strength building and muscular endurance. When one circuit is done, we start again from the first exercise for the next circuit.

Cardio Kick & Boot Camp

Cardio kick is a combination of aerobics and Boxing. It helps in improving strength , aerobic fitness , flexibilty, co-ordination and balance.

Step Aerobics

It is a form of aerobic exercise which is distinguished by its use of an elevated platform . The height can be tailored as per individual needs.

Plyometrics

Power Yoga

This also helps in sculpting your abdominal muscle.This is done by training your abs with weights and helps in buliding strength and endurance. Powerabs are integrated with a lot of cardio and high intensity exercises as well.
